The Tapestry Gathering is our monthly business event where women (Christians and seekers-alike) come together to connect, learn, and honor God. Through the connection of Faith, Business and Friendship we create an unstoppable community of like-minded, success-minded dynamic businesswomen!
Each gathering offers:

Business expo and informal networking
Worship and prayer
Structured time of connecting
Educational and/or inspirational speaker
Fellowship, food and FUN!
The May 24 speaker is Dortha Hise, a woman entrepreneur of a successful virtual consulting business, & web designer. She also serves as a leadership representative with Avon products. She offers a variety of support to her clients from research and phone calls to web design and social media support.

Giving Back to the Community~ As a Tapestry we look at our community to see where the needs are and determine how we want to pool our resources and give back. Each month we invite a different non-profit in to share:
-What they do
-Who they serve
-How we can support them

For May – our non-profit is Franny’s House, a public charity that supports children in emotional distress and their families. Our mission is to provide age-appropriate stress management skills and healthy coping strategies to children in emotional crisis in order to minimize the impact to the child’s physical, educational, psychological, and social development. An additional mission is to provide parents with stress management techniques so that they are better able to manage the complex challenges of raising a child under emotional stress. www.frannyshouse.org
